Material density of 350–420 kg/m³ holds up to mechanical load.

No shrinkage in length or width; the cross-section geometry stays true.

Absorbs no odours, releases no harmful vapours, grows no mould or fungus.
Ready to paint
Takes water-based paints: acrylic, latex, silicone. Solvent-based paints must not be used.

Light and glued straight on, so a crew fits it faster than gypsum.
