How we handle your data

No legal fog: what the site collects, where it goes and how to delete it.

Who is responsible for the data

Request form

What we collect: Name, phone, and optionally your company and a message.
Why: So a manager can call or write back about your question.
Where it goes: The request lands in the sales team’s working chat in Telegram and appears in the manager’s dashboard on this site. It is not passed to any other system.
How long we keep it: In the manager’s dashboard — 30 days, then deleted automatically. In Telegram — while your request is being handled. Ask us to delete it and we will.

Chat with the assistant

What we collect: The text of your messages and, if you give them, your name and phone for a request.
Why: So the assistant can pick a profile, count the quantity and pass the request to a manager.
Where it goes: Message text is processed by a language model via the OpenRouter service, whose servers are outside Kazakhstan. A factory manager can read the conversation in their dashboard. Do not put anything in the chat you would not say to a manager on the phone.
How long we keep it: Your browser receives an artdec_sid cookie: a random conversation number valid for 30 days, with no name or phone in it. Conversation history is stored on the server only when that is switched on; then a note under the input field says so and a Clear button appears. No more than the last 40 messages, no longer than 30 days after the last message.

Technical

What we collect: IP address and standard request data: browser, page opened.
Why: Overload protection: no more than 10 requests a minute from one address. The site is hosted on Vercel, chat history on Upstash; both are outside Kazakhstan.
Where it goes: Nowhere: the request counter lives in server memory and is not saved. There are no advertising or analytics trackers on the site.
How long we keep it: Two flags in browser storage — “hints shown” and “chat panel closed” — stay on your device and are never sent to us.

How to delete

Chat history: the Clear button under the input field. Your request and anything else: email artdec1.kz@gmail.com from the phone or address you gave us. We will reply and delete it.

When the site changes, so does this page. The revision date is at the top.
